There are several gifts in writing. First there’s the story itself. It’s a privilege to be connected to inspiration and to be introduced to a story that wants to be told by you.
The characters are a gift too. They become friends. Teammates to deliver the story as good as possible.
You, the reader, are a great gift too. You’re the one giving the story wings. Your imagination brings the story to life. Your energy makes the story move.
But the greatest gift of all, to me anyway, is reading your comments. Getting your feedback. Finding out what storylines really touched you. Sharing the love for our men, their friends and family and their town.

Wat een ontzettend mooie aflevering is dit, ik had zo’n moeite met mijn tranen in te houden tijdens het lezen. En wat een prachtige plannen heeft Luke gemaakt voor zijn gezinnetje, geweldig om zo te wonen en alles te kunnen delen. Ook de gift van Reid zegt alles, pure liefde stralen de drie uit samen.

Van harte daarmee Syl. Maar.. eigenlijk moet ik ook ons allemaal feliciteren. Want wij zijn zo gelukkig dat we deze verhaallijn elke werkdag mogen en kunnen lezen!
Ook dit 100ste hoofdstuk is weer net zo heerlijk als de voorgaande 99. Ik heb ook nu weer erg genoten.

De manier waarop jij onze mannen,(ja,het blijven onze mannen) beschrijft is fenomenaal, elk detail word perfect uitgewerkt,waardoor de woorden als het ware beelden in mijn hoofd worden.

En wat is het toch snel gegaan: 100 hoofdstukken…..Het voelt voor mij als gisteren, dat ik aan het eerste hoofdstuk begon!
En nu 99 hoofdstukken verder, is mijn bewondering voor jou en de manier waarop je een vervolg aan de soap zoals wij hem op tv zagen hebt gegeven, groeiende.
Wat dit 100e hoofdstuk betreft:
Ik kan niet anders zeggen dan dat ik WEER geraakt ben door de liefde van “onze mannen” voor elkaar, maar zeker ook voor Danny!
En de liefde, maar vooral het vertrouwen wat Danny teruggeeft aan hen!
En wat is het toch ook een schatje, Danny!
En dat je hem het gezicht van de jonge Luke hebt gegeven, is wat mij betreft helemaal geweldig!
Want wat vond ik het een scheetje toen.
Dat hij maar net zo’n mooie, lieve jonge man mag worden als “daddy” Luke:)
En misschien zit er ook nog wel een klein broertje in de toekomst??…..a little Reid look-a like.
