Enjoying the ride, doesn’t mean this ride is joyful. This ride is what I make it and by keeping my focus on the joy, the ride becomes more doable. That’s what life is, in my opinion. Choice. Are you a joy enjoyer or a joy destroyer? Fun or fear?
We’re all creating our own reality. Do you focus on potential threats or potential opportunities? Do you use the Boston tragedy to point out all the hate or does it make you focus on love even more? There’s no right or wrong answer. It’s your choice to make. The cards life is dealing us do not dictate who we are and do not create our reality. It’s how we use the cards we’re getting.

So please…I know you mean well and I respect it’s your truth, your way of looking at the cards…please respect my truth. It’s my choice to see my chemo as angels, not devils. It’s my choice to experience the radiation as LOVE waves. Your view on it is yours. I’m really not interested. That road doesn’t work for me.

So hand over the balloons. I’m celebrating life.

Yesterday wasn’t the best of days. I felt sick, but we also know why. One of the main reasons was dressing too warm. Clear message…focus on how (warm) it is and adjust. Don’t focus on the fear of catching a cold, but enjoy spring. And I will!
